Frank Dux’s Bloodsport no doubt influenced UFC 1 and the whole combat sports industry that includes but goes beyond the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

And EA Sports UFC 4 has a Kumite mode reminiscent of Frank Dux’s Bloodsport in addition to a backyard fighting mode which would be consider underground fighting as well
